Just a quick one.
I'm very open to suggestions about the team, and will always listen to what you guys have to say as it is important to me as a manager.
With the same token, I am the manager, chairman and founder of this club, so I will have the final say on any club related matter that does not affect us on the pitch or in training. I'm fortunate to have played semi-pro a few years back before I was diagnosed with a heart condition, which has recently been sorted out for good, as well as being born into a pro footballing family (My Dad was at Notts, uncle played at Burnley as well as playing in Denmark). I have the knowledge on how to run a football club efficiently through these experiences so I do not need any help with these particular matters.
I will personally choose my staff who I will consult with if needed.
I am currently concentrating all of my stuff on the admin side for now. We secured our sponsors for the season last night and now my priority is making sure the Notts FA confirm our team into the league. I am doing all this to make sure we're not doing this for no reason, and for all of us as a team. This will be sorted by next week, and then I will be concentrating on the team with regards to pre season, player registrations, and generally everything else.
